At Wulove we are dedicated to empowering rural women and youth in Kenya by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to excel in agriculture and tackle climate change challenges. We believe that by investing in the potential of rural communities, we can create sustainable livelihoods, promote gender equality, and protect our environment.
Our Mission
Our mission is to foster the socio-economic development of rural women and youth in Kenya through agricultural training, capacity building, and climate change adaptation. We strive to empower them to become self-reliant, resilient, and active contributors to their communities.

Agriculture
We provide comprehensive training and education programs that cover various aspects of agriculture, including modern farming techniques, crop diversification, sustainable practices, and post-harvest management. Through practical demonstrations, workshops, and mentoring, we equip rural women and youth with the necessary skills to improve agricultural productivity and enhance their incomes.

Climate Change Adaptation
Recognizing the significant impact of climate change on agricultural activities, we prioritize climate change adaptation strategies. We educate our beneficiaries about climate-resilient farming practices, resource conservation, and water management techniques. By incorporating climate-smart agriculture into their practices, we help them mitigate the effects of climate change and protect their livelihoods.
Agriculture
Wulove focuses on empowering women and youth by providing capacity building in sustainable farming techniques, access to modern tools, and resources to improve productivity. We promote organic farming methods, water conservation practices, and the use of smart farming to mitigate against climate change to ensure long-term food security. Additionally, we support the creation of small-scale agribusinesses, helping participants develop market connections, improve post-harvest handling, and secure fair trade opportunities. Through these efforts, we aim to enhance livelihoods, reduce poverty, and foster environmental stewardship within farming communities.
Education
We focus on upgrading the current skills of rural women while integrating essential digital skills to help them thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world. Through tailored training programs, we enhance their existing knowledge in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and other fields by incorporating digital tools such as mobile apps for farming, online marketing, and financial management software. Our goal is to bridge the digital divide, empowering women with the confidence and ability to leverage technology for improved productivity, better access to markets, and greater economic independence. This approach enables them to adapt to evolving industry demands and stay competitive in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Climate Change Adaptation
In our climate work, we help women and youth build resilience to the effects of climate change through education and sustainable practices. We support training on climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy solutions, and natural resource management to mitigate environmental impacts. Additionally, we support community-led adaptation projects, such as reforestation, water conservation, and eco-friendly innovations. By empowering local populations to take action, we aim to reduce vulnerabilities, enhance environmental stewardship, and create sustainable, climate-resilient communities for future generations.

Our school feeding and uniform program provides essential support to orphans and underprivileged children, enabling them to learn better. By providing these children with nutritious meals, clean uniforms, and upgraded classrooms, our school program aims to eliminate the barriers that hinder their learning. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.
